Preview: Real Estate WordPress Theme deCorum
I just started to design a new real estate WordPress theme. It is called deCorum and will be a minimalist and easy-to-customize theme with an advanced property search, custom post types and many other useful features. Check out an early preview!

Wow Simon, das sieht klasse aus.
Feine Sache, Daumen hoch!
Mir gefällt vor allem der leicht transparente Info-Bereich im Slider

Sehr schön. Wie immer sehr klar und aufgeräumt. Gefällt mir sehr gut…

Very nice indeed! Now, I am just waiting for another magazine theme since dezine is a little dated meanwhile.
In the meantime, which of your new themes are best suited for online magazines in your opinion?

Hoffentlich hat das Theme auch einen schönen Blog Style
Bisschen weg vom schwarz und endlich mal was schönes helles, freue mich schon richtig darauf!

Looks fantastic, now if only the real estate industry could start using some good templates. I find most of the real estate sites out there so bland.

Really nice, Simon. I’m loving that semi-transparent info-box over the property image in the slider.

please,
1.- gallery
when clic to see the pictures, it takes ages. it’s better to remove the pop up and show in a new page.
set standard width and height and if pic is smaller fill backgroung with light color instead of resizing every picture
2.- pagitanion not very intuitive. on the page i am on, put a green square and number in white
3.- search. make it easier. baths and rooms -> if you put 1,2,3,4+ is enough. 4+ means from 4 upwards.
you shoul be able to search by price range -> put 4 or 5 ranges
4.- categories style -> suggestion -> one category under the other, underlined in green and separated by grey line.
good luck
