How will payment be processed?

Payments are processed via PayPal. You can choose to send money from your PayPal balance, bank account, debit or credit card. Please find some more information in the PayPal Help Center.

How often can I use the themes?

You can use any theme that you purchase from ThemeShift on as many websites as you like. Feel free to use them in private, commercial and client projects. No restrictions here from our side.

Are theme updates included?

ThemeShift theme packages include future updates. You can download the latest version of the theme at any time with the download link that will be sent to you after purchase.

What kind of support do you offer?

After theme purchase you'll receive an email (sent to your PayPal email) with your member account details to access the support center with a user guide, tutorials, forum and more. We do not offer email support.

What files are included?

All the theme packages include the necessary PHP template and image files. You'll also find a PSD file to customize the logo. The PSD scource file for the entire theme is currently not included.

Where can I download the theme?

After your payment has been completed you'll receive an email with a download link of the theme. Please save this link for future updates. You can download the latest version at any time.

Do you offer theme customizations?

As our small team of currently three members cannot cope with all the customization requests, we recently partnered with Tweaky – a marketplace for website and WordPress customizations.

How do I manage theme translations?

All ThemeShift themes are fully localized (translatable). Editing existing or create additional theme translations is easy using the Codestyling Localization plugin. You'll find more info in the support center.

How do I get access to support?

ThemeShift theme packages include support. Once your went through the check out process and the PayPal payment is cleared, you'll receive an email with your login details. You can login here.

Do you provide WordPress support?

Please understand that I cannot provide support for general WordPress questions. If your issue is not theme-related, please visit the Codex or the official WordPress forum. → Codex or Forum

Support by phone or email?

No, all support questions should be posted to the support forums. This way other ThemeShift users with similar issues can benefit from already existing responses. This is easier for all of us.

How do I install a theme?

Please use the upload option of the WordPress theme installer on WP-Admin → Appearance → Themes → Install Themes. Also find more info in the support center or visit the WordPress Codex.

Are your themes SEO-friendly?

WordPress inherently produces SEO friendly code. ThemeShift themes have been created with SEO in mind (usage of headings and code accessibility in general). Also, further improvements through third party plugins can easily be added.

Can I remove the footer credit links?

I normally place a WordPress and a ThemeShift backlink in the theme footer. Please feel free to remove these. However, I'd highly appreciate some backlink love.

How do I create child themes?

Most of my users customize the look of the themes. To avoid losing any changes in the template files, I strongly recommend the use of WordPress child themes. For more info read the user guide in the support center or visit the WordPress Codex.
