ThemeShift subscription memberships and annual memberships come with unlimited support for theme features for the period of active membership. That support may come through any form of communication offered by ThemeShift, which may include but is not limited to: forms, forums, support tickets and email. The available forms of support will be outlined on the support tab in the member dashboard, which is available to active members.
Support is limited to theme features. Theme features are only those processes or features introduced to the WordPress installation by the ThemeShift.
Support will not be provided for processes or features native to WordPress. Support will not be provided for third-party plugins. Support will not be provided for customization of theme layout beyond those customization options introduced by the theme through the theme options panels or post-meta options on post/page (custom post-type) editors.
ThemeShift subscription memberships and annual memberships come with unlimited access to theme updates for the period of active membership. Updates may include theme feature additions, bug fixes, user requests, security updates, and aesthetic improvements to the themes to keep them visually relevant.
ThemeShift attempts to fix all reported bugs in a timely manner but makes no guarantee regarding timeline or that any specific issue will be addressed.
